Golf for All – Where Every Swing Supports a Dream
Golf for All is the flagship initiative of the Rotary Club of Himalayan Golfers (RCHG), committed to promoting inclusivity and nurturing young golf talent across Nepal. The program is open to both boys and girls, with a dedicated focus on empowering young girls aged 12 to 18 years.
Golf is often seen as an elite and expensive sport—one that demands consistent investment in coaching, equipment, and exposure. For many promising young athletes from underprivileged backgrounds, these opportunities remain out of reach. Golf for All seeks to bridge this gap by offering resources and mentorship to help them unlock their full potential.
This initiative is designed to:
• Identify and mentor aspiring youth golfers, especially girls from underserved or underrepresented communities
• Provide structured coaching, access to equipment, and professional guidance
• Create pathways for national, regional, and international tournament exposure
• Support participants with training, travel, and development resources
• Promote confidence, discipline, and equal opportunity through the sport of golf
To ensure long-term impact, RCHG will leverage its regional and international Rotary networks to collaborate with golf academies, courses, and training institutions, providing advanced coaching and global learning opportunities.
Such a program is not just about participation, it is envisioned to help Nepal emerge in regional and international golf circuits, with the ultimate dream of seeing Nepali players one day compete on the world stage in the LPGA and PGA Tours.
Through Golf for All, RCHG hopes to make this dream accessible—where young Nepali girls lead on the course, inspire off the course, and proudly represent their nation on global fairways
